In keeping with our design ethos, our company is unique in the industry, in that we do not take sales people and train them to design, but rather we prefer to take design graduates (from various disciplines), and train them to sell our fitted kitchens. As an expanding bespoke kitchen and bedroom company with three showrooms and more planned for the future, we are keen to meet design graduates, preferably with a few years commercial experience, to train in this fast moving industry.

To become a kitchen sales designer you will have a commitment to enter into and succeed within a sales environment where your design skills will be well put to use as a means to that end. You will be personable and of good appearance as one would expect of a sales person, whilst having an eye for detail and the discipline to ensure that even the smallest detail has been considered.
